These heavy-duty portable light strings are designed for the rigors of the jobsite but are also great for parties and other outdoor events or other temporary power needs such as emergency lighting. Each socket can hold a 150-Watt standard Type “A” light bulb and has a vinyl-coated metal bulb guard to protect the bulb. The sockets also have a hole at the top that allows for easy hanging of the string above a job and are spaced in 10-Feet intervals to ensure even distribution of light. Just like Prime’s extension cords, these light strings have extra heavy-duty wire that maintains flexibility from 40-Fahrenheit up to 140-Fahrenheit and is water, UV, abrasion and flame resistant. The heavy-duty oversized plugs and connectors protect the wire from pulling out of the ends.
